BoardPacks to exhibit at AUA Annual Conference and Exhibition 2016

On 21st-23rd March, the AUA – the professional association for higher education administration and management staff – will hold its 2016 Annual Conference and Exhibition, and BoardPacks is delighted to announce its participation.

The AUA works to assist in the advancement of education by fostering sound methods of leadership, management and administration in Further and Higher Education. This is an objective that strongly resonates with BoardPacks and its meeting management and governance solution. Having already established ties with a number of colleges and universities by streamlining their meetings and reducing running costs, the BoardPacks team of Edward Rees, and Katherine Webster, are looking forward to demonstrating how they can help even more administrators and committee members do the same.

As AUA Chair, Tessa Harrison, puts it on the AUA website: “…by the time we come together for the 2016 AUA Conference and Exhibition we shall almost be a year into a majority Conservative government, [and] the Higher Education sector must prepare for and adapt to the changes ahead.”

Edward concludes,“A lot of organisations are under increasing pressure to cut costs and improve processes and, while it’s possible to rely upon internal IT teams to develop automated solutions for this, their main focus will always be on servicing the wider university client base. For us, however, developing solutions to provide more efficient board-level management is what we specialise in.”
